  • Lead the CoP in answering the 2011 question(s)and delivering “products” this year
    1. Get the CoP moving; recruit an initial core team
    2. If necessary, personally develop candidateamplifying questions and a strawman list of products
    3. Encourage a broad investigation andparticipation
    4. Have the CoP develop a main page (index/sitemap) that provides an overview of the CoP’s work and accomplishments to membersand visitors
    5. Help ensure a fair and friendly CoP sharingspace
    6. Ensure minority views receive appropriateattention
    7. See an information baseline is established
    8. Work to move the CoP to a non-exclusiveconsensus
    9. Incorporate a place for minority opinions ifappropriate
  • Arrange for reports and/or report on CoP status
      • KMEF at large
        • Possible listerve emails or a what's new page on the CoP
        • Possibly KMEF Tuesday Webinars
      • Communicating activities and progress, or need for support and advice, to the two co-leads at George Washington University and Kent State University
      • Communicate with the other Communities of Practice to ensure cross-pollination of ideas and alignment of outputs and outcomes.
